SHIPPING & RETURNS 

We know that right now even the smallest things can brighten your day - which is why we want to let you know that your packages will continue to ship out as scheduled. If you have any further questions about our current shipping policy or your order, please email thefridaycandy@gmail.com.

To return your order, please include the original invoice as well as the merchandise in their complete original packaging along with any accompanying crystals. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package. You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice instead of our return label.

REFUNDS  

No refunds for custom merchandise.

For non-custom merchandise you will receive an email notification from The Friday Candy once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. Also, we’re unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

The Friday Candy gladly honors a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced and in-stock merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments. To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email to thefridaycandy@gmail.com within seven days of your order date. If your order is eligible, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Items already purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.

NON-QUALIFYING ORDERS

Personalized   

Custom-made personalized pieces, including crystal application, are final sale. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. You can find this information on the product pages as well as on your invoice.

 

 

Final Sale Items

Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Gift With Purchase

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.

SHIPPING OPTIONS for addresses within the United States

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 shipping timelines may be unpredictable. 

 Standard Delivery//from production finish date 3-5 business days

 Expedited Delivery //from production finish date 1-2 business days

 Rush Order Fee//expedite production finish date $60.00

Please note: “Business day” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

 

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days after production timeline, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer, and these details can be found on the product pages and order confirmation emails. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Handling  

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $300 via UPS Mail Innovations (delivered with USPS). Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

Expedited Delivery 

We only offer expedited shipping via UPS within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other issues on behalf of the mail carrier. PLEASE NOTE: An expedited shipping method does not change the processing time for any personalized or other pre-order items.

Alaska & Hawaii 
See above for pricing for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Only standard delivery is available. Standard delivery usually arrives within 7-10 business days from the shipped date based on production timeline, excluding holidays.

 

International Shipping

$39.99 for items shipped internationally. Only standard delivery is available. Standard delivery usually arrives within 10-14 business days from the shipped date based on production timeline, excluding holidays.

 

Returns 

We happily accept returns for eligible items within 45 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging. EXCEPTIONS: Final sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made crystal pieces.

We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend that you personally insure and track your packages. You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please address all returns to:

Multiple Addresses 
We are able to accommodate one “ship to” address per order. If you would like to send multiple items to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order per “ship to” address.

Order & Shipping Confirmation 
After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. The first email confirms your order was placed and will provide an order confirmation number. Once the order has shipped, a second email confirming shipment will be sent.
